Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period. All reports and data remain available after cancellation.
Which roles are covered?
Skillbase covers five dealership roles: Salesperson (Product Specialist), BDC Rep (Internet Sales), BDC Manager, Sales Manager (Desk Manager), and General Sales Manager (Variable Ops). All plans include all five role tracks.
How long does an assessment take?
